THE QUESTION: Is Lebron a sore loser…poor sport…whatever you want to call him…?
‘The Inquisitor’ Commentary: Look, Im not gonna call him a poor sport or sore loser because what he said about being a competitor and losing like that is tough. HOWEVER, I dont think you can deny he showed incredibly poor choices and sportsmanship in walking off and showing any acknowledgment to Orlando as well as not talking to the media after the game. No one said you had to go up and be cheery Lebron…you just needed to do something that competitors do in all sports once the competition is completed…acknowledge (and respect) your opponent, stand by your teammates, face the questions. Being the superstar that you are…the face of your franchise…the league MVP this year…you have a higher level of responsibility than anyone else. You are more visible than anyone else and therefore the requirements of you are more stringent that those placed upon others. When you win, you win with dignity…thus when you lose, you should lose with dignity as well. I’m just disappointed that your “competitive nature” as you say cant allow you to even say “good game” to someone who is suppose to be “your friend” (Orlando’s Dwight Howard). Hard to fathom…no matter how great you are or may ever be. Thoughts…?
‘The Inquisitor’ Commentary: Congrats to Kobe and the LA Lakers…2009 NBA Champions…! It has a great sound to it as well. I have been waiting for this day (yesterday) for the last 7 years since the last championship in 2002. It has been a long, tough, difficult wait as well. To see the dynasty getting broken up, see Phil Jackson leave and come back, Shaq traded, loss to the Celtics last year and so much more…it was tough indeed. But now, they have reached the mountaintop again and reclaimed the title as world champion and they are indeed the best team in the NBA now. So great to see…!
‘The Inquisitor’ Commentary: Yes, a map. But not just any map. A map of the 2009 NBA Champion LA Lakers parade route thru Downtown LA tomorrow morning…! And Im gonna be there at the end of the line…the LA Coliseum…where an expect 95,000 Laker fans are gonna be ready for a celebration on title #15. Cant wait…! Check out the preparations being made for this bad boy event…
